Our expertise, skills and experience are in verifying designs, assessing, monitoring and solving complex plant integrity problems, carrying out Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments, Remaining Life assessments (RLA) and Plant Life Extensions (PLE). OUR FOCUS

Unlike most other companies we focus on the ‘Static Pressurised Systems’ including Piping, Small Bore Branches, Pressure Vessels/Columns, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks/Spheres and Structures subjected to Design Life limitations, Age Deterioration, Damage, over capacity operation and generalised Defect & Damage mechanisms such as Corrosion, Erosion, Cracks, Vibration, Flow Instability Problems, Flow Transients, Shock, Acoustics, Pressure Pulsation, and more.

We are unique in that we have a very thorough knowledge of the design processes and their limitations, expertise in advanced design technologies such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Fluid/Gas Flow and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Measurement experience such as Vibration, Strain, AE, UT and extensive field expertise in problem solving and FFS Assessments, RLA, PLE, and more.
