Corrosion Patch Example
As part of a service agreement, or in a consultancy or problem solving approach, discovery of a corrosion patch in an offshore pressure vessel or pipework can be quickly and efficiently assessed by the Integri-TechTM system. The corrosion patch will be mapped automatically from local measurements, and the defect positioned dynamically in the vessel or pipework model.

The corroded area is automatically mapped by Integri-TechTM’s unique Dynamic positioning system and profiled in 3D into Integri-Tech system, taking inputs from wall thickness measurements in that area. |

The corrosion defect is automatically converted into the Integri-Tech model, and can be dynamically positioned to any point on the vessel or pipework model. |

for ALL loading types, that includes a fitness for service assessment, time to failure, recommended time to
next inspection, etc. A wide range of integrity information is available from Integri-TechTM,
and the asset manager himself can decide the actual composition of the statement.
