Periodic Integrity Monitoring
Integri-TechTM can be used as a periodic monitoring service for the integrity of critical systems in pressurised process plant, or for monitoring the integrity of the plant as a whole. These systems are set up within Integri-TechTM, and the relevant measurement data can either be emailed periodically to the IDEAS office, or input periodically via a secure web portal. The frequency and types of measurements taken are decided on the basis of the loadings on the plant, and the deteriorating mechanisms evident or expected within the plant.
An automatic reassessment of system integrity takes place, and the integrity information is automatically updated at the Integri-TechTM web portal, making the current integrity status of the plant visible throughout the organisation. The plant can, therefore, be managed with the benefit of continual integrity assessments, updated on the basis of actual measurement data, and taking account of all loadings on the plant, informing all decisions on plant operation, inspection, maintenance and repair.
