Plant Design Club – Software & Support

I.D.E.A.S offer our Client Membership to our "Plant Design Club" where they are supplied with the Integri-Tech^TM Design Software and TRaining to allow them to Design Pressure Vessels, Tanks, and Piping with minimum of ease and without the need for tedious calculations, experts or stress analysts. Clients will be able to model, analyse, verify Fitness for Purpose (FFP) and quantify Code Compliance.

Greatly reduce the need to stress engineers and specialists using our ModelWizard^TM which will allow you to model and analyse the piping including the vessels and tanks, thereby offering significant cost savings and benefits. No more need for Nozzle Loading backward and forward discussions and repeated calculations and stress runs. No more need for piping re-routes resulting in more expense and unnecessary weight for offshore applications. Design Wessels in hours and optimise the design easily. Route and Analysed piping at the same time reducing the need for stress engineers.

I.D.E.A.S provides technical support for Design and FFP Assessment, with the added benefit of having a compatible route for further specialist services using the same technology, resulting in a 'concept to end of life' compatibiliy with 3D visualisation and records of the Plant integrity which is always updating giving realistic Integrity, FFP, FFS and Remaining Life predictions.

Any future Fitness for Service, Measurements, Analysis, or Continouse Monitoring is then offered at reduced club rates and is fully compatible with the design system.
