Real Time Integrity Monitoring
In certain circumstances, such as systems subject to mechanical or acoustic vibration, ground settlement, support hanger deterioration or process plant subject to hydro-dynamic loading or ship motion (FPSO’s), Integri-TechTM will take inputs in Real Time from permanently installed measuring devices. In these circumstances, inputs from a combination of continuous or periodic measurement data allows Integri-TechTM automatically to generate actual, real-time, integrity monitoring information, taking account of all loadings on the plant.
Again, the integrity information is available via the Integri-TechTM web portal, or via the organisation’s "real time operations portal", and can be seen on site, at the organisation’s head office, or at any other remote location worldwide.
